How to Make Chicken Spaghetti Roll
Prepare the Chicken Spaghetti Filling:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onions until soft.
- Add shredded or diced boneless chicken and cook until tender.
- Stir in salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, oregano, and paprika for seasoning.
- Add tomato sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, and a splash of vinegar for flavor.
- Toss in boiled spaghetti and mix well.
- Optional: Add grated cheese and chopped capsicum or carrots for extra texture.
- Let the filling cool completely before assembling.
Prepare the Wraps (For Homemade Dough):
- Make a soft dough using flour, salt, oil, and water.
- Let it rest for 15–20 minutes, then roll out into thin flatbreads (roti or paratha).
- Lightly cook on a pan and set aside. (Skip this step if using store-bought wraps.)
Assemble the Rolls:
- Place a portion of the chicken spaghetti filling in the center of the wrap.
- Add a drizzle of mayo or cheese sauce for extra creaminess.
- Roll tightly and seal the edges using flour-water paste.
Crispy Coating (Optional):
- Dip each roll in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs for a crunchy finish.
Fry or Bake:
- Fried: Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Baked: Brush with oil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes until crispy.
- Air-Fried: Cook at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
