How to Make Chicken Crispy Roll

Prepare the Chicken Filling:

  • Let the filling cool completely before using.

Prepare the Crispy Coating:

  • In one bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat eggs.
  • In a third bowl, keep breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes.

Assemble the Rolls:

  • Place the chicken filling in a spring roll sheet or paratha.
  • Roll tightly and seal the edges using flour-water paste.
  • Dip each roll in flour mixture, then beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry to Perfection:

  • Heat oil in a deep pan and fry rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  • Drain excess oil on paper towels.
