How to Make Chicken Bread Roll

Prepare the Chicken Filling:

  • In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic, ginger, and green chilies until fragrant.
  • Add boneless chicken (shredded or finely chopped) and cook until tender.
  • Mix in red chili powder, black pepper, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and salt to taste.
  • Add a splash of soy sauce or chili sauce for extra flavor.
  • Stir in chopped onions, capsicum, and fresh coriander.
  • Let the filling cool completely before assembling.

Prepare the Bread Rolls:

  • Take bread slices and trim the edges.
  • Lightly flatten each slice using a rolling pin.

Assemble the Rolls:

  • Place a small amount of chicken filling in the center of each bread slice.
  • Add a drizzle of mayo or cheese sauce for extra taste.
  • Roll the bread tightly, sealing the edges with flour-water paste or beaten egg.

Crispy Coating (Optional):

  • Dip each roll in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs for a crispy texture.

Fry or Bake:

  • Fried: Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  • Baked: Brush with oil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes until crispy.
  • Air-Fried: Cook at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
