How to Make Cheesy Pizza Samosa
Prepare the Pizza Filling:
- In a bowl, mix:
- Cooked and shredded chicken (or pepperoni, sausage, or veggies)
- Chopped bell peppers, onions, and olives
- Pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- Red chili flakes, oregano, and black pepper for seasoning
- Grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese
- Mix well and let it rest for 5–10 minutes.
Prepare the Dough:
- Make a smooth dough using flour, salt, oil, and water.
- Let it rest for 15–20 minutes for better elasticity.
Assemble the Samosas:
- Roll out the dough into thin sheets and cut into rectangles.
- Fold into a cone shape and fill with the prepared pizza mixture.
- Seal the edges with a flour-water paste to prevent leakage.
Fry or Bake:
- Fried: Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Baked: Brush with oil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until crispy.
- Air-Fried: Cook at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
